The CVT is intended for the end users of Wilden pump products. Becoming part of the CVT is a voluntary choice made by the end user. All CVT members come via a response to the "You've Won" program flyers placed in some pump boxes or through direct invitation from one of Wilden's regional managers or regional directors. Entrants must be age 18 or older to redeem prizes and become part of the CVT. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Wilden Pump & Engineering, LLC ("Sponsor") and their respective parents, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.

Membership to the CVT can only be obtained through the receipt of a "You've Won" flyer in a pump box received at the end user location or by direct invitation from a Wilden regional manager or regional director. Once an invitation flyer is received, the recipient must go to the web site www.wildenxtras.com. and click on the You've Won button on the bottom of the main page. They must then complete the registration form, including the prize code, to receive the pre-selected prize. At the time of registration the participant may voluntarily choose to become a member of the CVT. Membership in the CVT is not required to participate and/or receive prizes in the "You've Won" program. Prizes will be as designated by the flyer and prize code and may be substituted due to availability. All entries must be registered on-line. Prizewinner's that choose to participate on the CVT will receive "Wilden Bucks" for registering and for their participation. No other method of entry will be accepted. One entry per person. An e-mail address may only be used by one entrant. Incomplete entries will be void. All entries become the property of Wilden Pump & Engineering, LLC and may not be acknowledged or returned. No copies, facsimiles or reproductions of on-line entry form will be accepted. Proof of e-mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an on-line entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account.

Everyone who receives a flyer and completes the on-line "You've Won" registration will win the designated prize. Those who choose to become members of the CVT will receive additional "Wilden Bucks" to redeem through the Wilden Xtras program. All registered winners will be notified via email. Prizes will be distributed to the individual's designated address on the on-line registration form. In the case of a dispute, Wilden Pump & Engineering, LLC will determine the resolution to the matter and the decision will be considered final.

Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the independent judging organization which are final on all matters pertaining to "You've Won" program. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on the prize and all expenses not explicitly included in the description of the prize above are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. No substitution, cash alternative, or transfer of prize is permitted, except by Sponsor who reserves the right, at its discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability. Entrants grant to sponsor and its respective advertising, promotional or judging agencies the right to use their name, state and submission online and in print in any other media in connection with the sweepstakes once their eligible entry has been selected.

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission from the sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, hometown and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and their affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees and its advertising, promotional and judging agencies from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this sweepstakes or any prize won. Sponsor and participating partners are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information. As wells as any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void.

If the sponsor determine that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the sweepstakes or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, it is the sole discretion of the judges to void entries. The sponsor also reserves the right to terminate the sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all eligible entries received as of the termination date.

If the sweepstakes is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted in the News & Events section of this site. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor or its agents.

If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor the sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that tampers with the operation of this sweepstakes or website or violates the Official Rules of this sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
